Solid Aluminum letters are often a great cost-effective alternative to stainless steel letters which are usually much more expensive. Side by side, our Solid Aluminum letters looks almost identical to Stainless Steel, but the Aluminum letters are much more affordable and are significantly lighter making them easier to install. We often tell our customers to order Stainless Steel only if you are in a extreme environment, otherwise Aluminum is almost always the better choice.
We cut our Solid Aluminum letters on state-of-the-art water jet cutting machines which gives us the ability to cut out virtually any font style. Choose from one of our 40+ standard fonts, or contact us if you want a custom font style. In addition to the endless font options, we also have numerous metal finishes to choose from. Our two most popular finishes are the classic Brushed Aluminum finish which has a deep grain texture, and our Polished Aluminum with a mirror-like finish.
Don’t let the good looks fool you though, because our Solid Aluminum Letters are extremely durable. Our standard aluminum materials are finished with a durable clear coat making them a great option for exterior and interior applications. They come with a standard lifetime warranty for interior and exterior applications. If you need something with maximum durability, choose one of our Anodized Aluminum finishes which are the most durable metal materials we offer and are a great choice for the harshest environments.
