Our Painted Aluminum letters are solid metal all the way through and can be painted in virtually any paint color. They also come in a variety of thicknesses from ⅛” thick all the way to 1” thick. The versatility and durability of these make them a great option for almost any exterior project, but they’re high-end looks and craftsmanship make them worthy of interior applications such as displays, board rooms, and lobbies.
We coat our Solid Aluminum letters with an incredibly durable enamel paint that has an automotive-like smooth finish. For color options we have over 45+ standard paint colors which can be painted in a matte, semi gloss, or high gloss finish. We also have some very elegant metallic paint colors which offer a little extra sparkle to your job. Custom paint colors are no problem either because we can paint these letters in virtually any color from the world’s leading paint brands like Pantone, Sherwin Williams, and Benjamin Moore – all for no extra charge.
Our Solid Aluminum Letters are cut out with state-of-the-art water jet machines which gives us the ability to cut out virtually any font style. We have over 40+ font styles available in our direct order sign designer above, but if you want something custom or not shown feel free to contact us. So whether it’s a bold block style font, or something with more character like a script font style – we are sure to have something to fit your style and space.
Some people may think Aluminum is inferior to other metals like Stainless Steel, which is sometimes true for raw metals, but when we use our durable baked enamel paint, the durability of our Painted Aluminum surpasses almost any other metal product we offer. This makes it a great option for the even harshest environments. will refinish or replace the defective materials at no cost to you, as long as the product is installed in its original location.
