Our Painted Foam Letters are a great option for any interior application job that requires an affordable letter while still having depth and impact. These aren’t just any foam letters – these are cut out of high density gatorfoam with an extra thick paper face which gives it a smooth face and protects the porous foam underneath. These high quality Painted Foam letters are a great economical option for schools, reception areas, displays and tradeshows.

We offer these letters up to 1-½” thick which really makes a great impact for any interior application. Despite their great depth, because they are made from a high-density gatorfoam, they are still incredibly lightweight and affordable.
Our Painted Foam Letters are finished in our state of the art paint booth for a flawlessly smooth finish. We have over 30+ standard paint colors to choose from, but we can also do custom paint colors as well. We can color match almost any custom color on the market from any of the major paint brands like Pantone, Benjamin Moore, and Sherwin Williams. We also carry metallic colors and can do any color in a Matte, Semi Gloss or High Gloss finish.
We custom cut our Painted Foam letters on state-of-the-art CNC routers in our facility right here in the US. Using these machines allows us to achieve the highest level of detail and quality so we can cut almost any shape or font style. We have over 40+ standard font styles to choose from or you can contact us if you need a custom font style. Either way, we can find a font style that will fit your needs.

At LettersandSigns.com we make the install process easy! With every order we include a mounting template and mounting hardware so you’re not guessing where to drill holes or mount the letters. Check out the install instructions below for more details.
Our letters are lifetime guaranteed for interior and exterior usage but they still require some minor maintenance and cleaning to keep them looking great! Most foam letters only require a light dusting to keep them looking great. If you need to clean the letters, just a non-abrasive rag and some water will do the trick.
LettersandSigns.com has a Lifetime Warranty for Painted Foam letters when used in Interior applications and their original install location. The Painted Foam letters are designed for interior use applications only and therefore the warranty is only applicable for signage used in its original interior install location.
While Metal Faced Acrylic letters may be installed in exterior applications — LettersandSigns.com cannot warranty their life in those environments. This is due to limitations of the topcoats, substrates, or finishes.
As with all other LettersandSigns.com products, when used in the proper environment, if for any reason, your product chips, cracks, or fades—LettersandSigns.com will replace or repair the returned product free of charge.
