| Custom Channel Letter Specifications
• Heights range from 10" to 10'. Channel Letters over 4' are generally required to be self-contained unless other construction specifications are provided.
• Return depths range from 2" to 10".
• Backs/Returns: Construction consists of computerized precision routed .063 aluminum backs welded to .063 aluminum return. Letters over 4' in height will have .080 aluminum backs.
• Finish: Our custom channel letters are hand-finished; primed and painted with Spraylat products. These products combined with the PMS color matching system provide you with an error-free, long-lasting product. Matthew products are also available.
Custom Logos and Contour Channels: Custom designed and fabricated logos made to any size or shape, with 3M vinyl graphics.
Some options include: Contour Channel, Logo Box, Channel letters with vinyl border or reverse, Channel Logos, Day-Night Striping.

Reverse Channel Specifications
• Heights range from 8" to 10'. Reverse Channel Letters over 4' are generally required to be self-contained unless other construction specifications are provided.
• Return depths range from 2" to 10".
• Letter Construction: Construction consists of computerized precision routed .080 aluminum faces welded to .063 aluminum return.
Finish: Our channel letters are primed and painted with Matthews products. These products combined with the PMS color matching system provide you with an error-free finish and a long lasting product.
