Aluminum Finishes
Our Aluminum in a variety of metal finishes – the most popular being our Brushed and Polished finishes. Our Aluminum comes in Alloy 5052 which is an excellent choice for brushed, polished, painted, or anodized finishes, with a hardiness rating of H32. Our anodized is clear, champagne, gold, light bronze, medium bronze, dark bronze and black, in brushed and polished finishes. We also have a cool Rust Powdercoat finish which looks like Cor-Ten rusted steel but its more durable and doesn’t bleed on surfaces like real rusted steel does.
Aluminum Paint Colors
We can also paint the aluminum in a variety of colors and finishes. We have 37 standard paint colors but can also color match any color from large paint brands like Pantone, Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore, and Behr. Our paints are Baked Enamel and extremely durable. They come with a lifetime warranty for interior and exterior usage so you never have to worry about peeling, fading, or chipping.
Aluminum Sizes & Thickness
Aluminum comes in multiple sizes and thickness options. We can cut aluminum letters as small as 1/2″ and all the way up to big 72″ tall letters and logos. We also offer 7 different thickness options with 1/4″ thick being the most popular, with thinner and thicker options available depending on your budget.
Extra Options
Aluminum can be customized in multiple ways. Custom paint, mounted on a panel, or layered aluminum for a cool 3-D look – all of these are great options to give your signage extra pop!

Aluminum Mount Options
Aluminum can be easily installed with any of our standard mounting hardware. Stud Mounts are the most common and require drilling. But we also have bottom stud mounts, top stud mounts, and rail mounts.

We send a mounting template, instructions and all the necessary mounting hardware with every order. The mounting templates show you exactly where to drill holes or put the letters so you’re not guessing. Most installs can be done in as little as 2 hours.
